Paula Pyne

Ontario, Canada

Paula is a mindfulness teacher, Integral Master Coach™, and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (in Advanced Training) who walks with individuals and organizations through change, and transformation. Her work supports nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and a deeper connection with what is wholesome and true.

Drawing from Somatic Experiencing®, Unified Mindfulness, and Integral frameworks, she gently supports the body in feeling what was once too much to feel. She follows the subtle rhythms of expansion and contraction (pendulation), creating space for what’s been held to soften, integrate, and move toward healing. This work isn’t about fixing, it’s about listening closely to the quiet wisdom of the body, and trusting what unfolds.

Paula’s practice is nourished by weekly teachings in the Thai Forest Tradition and regular retreat practice with Shinzen Young and the Unified Mindfulness community. She supports others in meeting what feels tender, staying close to what matters, and honoring what remains, especially in the sacred spaces between living and dying.

Grief and Gratitude Circle

Tuesdays 11-11:45am ET / 5-5:45pm CET

“Grief keeps the heart flexible, fluid, and open to others.”

– Francis Weller

Join us (co-hosted with Paula Vital) for an exploration of how to move through the waters of grief and loss in a culture that often feels disconnected from the soul's needs.

This circle offers a space for us to come together as a community to engage with grief and gratitude in a way that nurtures our hearts. We’ll support one another through meditation, reflection, and sharing. It’s a chance to create deeper connection, both within ourselves and with each other.
