Stillness as Ground
What happens when we treat Concentration less like a workout and more like coming home? When attention becomes a place to settle rather than a feat to accomplish, the nervous system follows — and from that ease, deep equanimity and transcendence stop being destinations. They reveal themselves as what is already and always here.
This retreat will present opportunities – through guided practice, Q&A, interactive reports, and 1:1 support – to recalibrate our relationship to Concentration — to embrace it as a resource for settling the internal alarm system whose constant threat-scanning fragments attention and keeps us scattered. From there, we’ll explore the richness already present at the surface of ordinary experience — and beyond. I look forward to practicing with you.

Like all Seeds retreats, this is a self-directed retreat, meaning you can practice/participate as much or little as you like. We do request that - outside of group activities and private meetings with Kevin - silence be maintained inside the building at all times to cultivate an introspective experience and to deepen inner quiet.
