Ralph B. Andradez

New York, USA

Ralph B. Andradez is a Unified Mindfulness teacher/trainer, and is certified in trauma-sensitive mindfulness. With over two decades of meditation practice, he has studied across a variety of contemplative traditions, including Vipassana, Zen, and Mahamudra.

Drawing inspiration from Unified Mindfulness, Ralph offers a framework that integrates many of the elements he values across these traditions—from practices that cultivate kindness, compassion, and wisdom, to methods that explore the transformative and transcendent potential of meditation, including the direct recognition of the nature of awareness. His approach emphasizes practical methods that can be integrated into everyday life while honoring both the profound and liberating possibilities of practice.

Through his own practice, Ralph has discovered an ease and openness of being that was once unimaginable. Teaching these practices has become his greatest joy, and he delights in helping others discover that often what they have been searching for has been with them all along.

Free Drop-ins

Ralph offers free drop-in sessions:

Already Home

Thursdays 6-7pm ET / 12-1am CET

Already Home is a session that invites you to show up exactly as you are. Through guided practice, group discussion, readings, and pointers, we'll be familiarizing ourselves with the nature of awareness--the openness that is already present and always at home with itself, regardless of life circumstances . We'll also get to know the habits, beliefs, conditioning, and ideas that obscure our ability to recognize it both on and off the cushion.

While there will often be a non-dual lens, we'll draw from a variety of contemplative traditions and techniques. Most importantly, these sessions will respond to the interests, challenges, questions, and whatever else is alive for the community.

My sincere hope is that everyone can feel at home in these sessions, and that they bring you in closer contact with the home that is present in this, and every moment.

All are welcome regardless of experience. If you'd simply like to meditate in community, you are also welcome to join us and practice in whatever way feels right to you.
