It was amidst the whirlwinds of life that my soul started to search for strategies for dealing with the inner storms. Mindfulness meditation was highly praised in literature, so I decided to give it a try with the hope of eliminating all the inner storms.  Youtube was my first meditation teacher, then self-development courses became my second step. Then, I landed into Unified Mindfulness and am currently an active certified Unified Mindfulness teacher and trainer.  I continue to explore different approaches, and am also influenced by the Positive Neuroplasticity program run by Dr. Rick Hanson.  I have been practicing meditation almost daily for about 3 years now, and nothing gives me more joy and satisfaction than sharing mediation practices and experiences with others. I confess that inner storms are not completely gone (I just don’t know if this is possible) but they are less intense and less frequent. I manage the inner storms instead of the storms managing me now.  What a celebration along the journey for enlightenment!

The Sacred Garden

Mondays 1-2pm ET / 7-8pm CET / 7-8pm CAT

Let Go, Let Be, Let In.

What if your thoughts and emotions were just seeds that can be allowed to sprout and grow in the sacred garden of your mind, heart and body. Or can be released or weeded out?  You are the gardener of your own sacred mind, heart and body, and can allow any type of seed to be, or let in, or choose to weed it out. Wherever you are, you are welcome to come and practice together; to just be with the seeds as they are, or release the harmful seeds to plant and cultivate more beneficial seeds.
